History and Philosphy
Triad Law Group is a small, specialized law firm dedicated to serving construction companies, government contractors, architectural and engineering firms, sureties and owners. Our practice is concentrated in the areas of construction and contract law. Since it was founded in 1994 by Charles Greenberg, Triad Law Group has focused on providing our clients with highly personalized service and attention to detail. We understand that our clients want and deserve the best value and quality of legal services for their money. We have enhanced the value of our service to our clients in two important areas: alternative dispute resolution and project management consulting. |

Alternative Dispute Resolution
Cash flow is the life's blood of any construction project. Both owner and contractor must be able to close out the project, resolve disputes, and proceed with other business. Skillful negotiation using methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution can often accomplish this goal, saving the client both time and money. Should negotiation prove ultimately unsuccessful, however, we apply our experience in both arbitration and litigation. |

Project Management Consulting
The purpose of our project management service is to provide contractors with a comprehensive and objective review of their own project management systems from a legal perspective. It gives owners and their employees an improved understanding of some important provisions in their contracts. This service can often result in a system that will help prevent claims and make collecting for extras easier and less time consuming. |
