An architect by profession, Lee has an excellent understanding of the construction industry and the importance of strong business relationships.  He holds architectural registration in Washington and California, and has specialized in planning, design and project management of numerous construction projects, both in the U.S. and abroad, for the past 23 years. 

Lee is former president of Wangerin Lim Oakdale Architects and National Planning Manager for the Schemmer Associates.  He has given seminars on planning and has served as an expert witness in construction disputes.

Lee earned his professional architectural degree from California State Polytechnic University and studied mechanical engineering at the University of Missouri.
