William Werner is a construction claims analyst with 7½ years experience in preventing, negotiating and resolving construction disputes. His expertise includes private and public works contracts, and he has worked extensively with owners, contractors, sureties and insurance companies. His specialties include the prosecution and defense of private liens and public works claims. In addition, he often consults with clients to prevent further deterioration on contracts that appear to be heading toward a major dispute. |

Bill has a thorough knowledge of the private lien statutes and has successfully forced the release of several liens because of technical defects in the liens. He also has extensive experience in assisting with the preparation of claims, as well as preparation for arbitration. Bill has gained valuable foreign experience in the construction industry in Japan. |

Bill earned a BA in International Business from the University of Washington in 1988. He has been with Triad Law Group from its inception and has worked closely with Charles Greenberg, owner of Triad Law Group, for the last seven years. |
