Richard D. Wurdeman
Rick was born and raised in Wheaton, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1976, moved to Washington shortly thereafter, and graduated with honors from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1979. He is a founding partner in the law firm of Wurdeman &
Tesch, P.C., and has been practicing law in Snohomish County since 1979.
Prior to beginning private practice, Rick served as both a clerk and an intern for Spokane Legal Services. As a private attorney he has had extensive experience in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, especially in matters involving insurance, personal injury and real estate.
He has served as an arbitrator for the Snohomish County Superior Court since 1988, and a Judge Pro-Tem for the South District Court since 1990. Rick is admitted to practice in all Washington Courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, personal injury, insurance and general civil law, and accepts a limited number of criminal cases.
